All classes are offered as PAY WHAT YOU WANT, except for chair yoga with Health Advocates – this class is free when you register through their website.

Yoga on the Mat
One-hour traditional Viniyoga mat class. Gentle poses. We get up and down off the floor. A perfect way to start your week.

Chair Yoga
One-hour class for muscle/joint strength and balance. Half-seated, half-standing. For people who spend a lot of time at the computer or those with areas of chronic pain and stiffness.

Seasons and Chakras Yoga Meditation
A new meditation each week. We study the seasons and chakras – connecting present day experiences with ancient teachings about mindfulness. About 30 minutes with some time for sharing afterwards.
